Our journey began when our Founder, Varsha Adusumilli, wrote her game-changing book Wonder Girls (Juggernaut Books) to introduce young girls from all across India to relatable female role models and their extraordinary career paths. Since then, as a group, we have been working passionately to impact adolescent girls and their future trajectories. We have spent hundreds of hours interviewing and having deep-dive conversations with adolescent girls, parents, educators, social scientists, and industry leaders, and created what we believe is a definitive platform and opportunity for adolescent girls.

Our team and our group of advisors come from institutions such as BITS Pilani, Indian Institutes of Management, and Columbia University. Our council of educators includes some of the brightest and most respected leaders in the industry. Collectively, we are extremely passionate about girls’ accomplishment and long term achievement.
