ABOUT THE
FELLOWSHIPTime commitment
- Part-time digital programme. Weekends only.
- 75 hours spread across 10 weeks.
- 6-8 hours of weekly participation.
- By the end of the 10-week programme, get mapped to an internship opportunity.
- Comprehensive weekly curriculum. Pre-session reading material and post-session reflection activities.

Ambitious girls from Grade 8 to Grade 12 who want to be part of a transformational learning and growth experience.
Students in gap years may also apply.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a video interview. -
STUDENT TUITION
Our 10-week programme is priced at INR 40,000 + applicable taxes. Candidates will be accepted, strictly via the application process. The programme is designed to be thorough, comprehensive, and high-touch – solving for concrete learning outcomes.
On behalf of our guest role models and to honour their commitment and passion, we are donating 10% of the programme fee to iTeach Schools, an organization that offers game-changing secondary education to students from low-income communities and enables smooth transition to college for their students.
ALL-GIRL learning ENVIRONMENT
Global research shows that all-girl environments enable girls to learn effectively without being influenced by widely prevalent stereotypes. There is a huge need in India today for programmes that tie in adolescent leadership experiences with long-term success for girls. We aim to bridge that gap.
